I tried following their recipe guide the other night, my crust turned out so much better than it usually does. It was easy to follow and didn’t feel overly complicated. I’ll definitely use those tips again next time I make pizza.

I tried to return my order, but the whole thing turned into a runaround. Replies were slow, the return policy wasn’t very clear, and after a while it felt like they were hoping I’d just get tired and drop it.
The warranty process didn’t feel much better. I sent photos and explained what was wrong, but the answers I got were brief and not very helpful. It made me realize how much good support matters after a purchase, because this experience definitely changed how I feel about shopping with them again.

A friend actually recommended this to me, and the product seems good so far. The only downside is that shipping took way longer than I expected, which was frustrating. If they can speed up delivery, I’d feel a lot better about ordering again.

I liked that the edges of the crust got nice and crispy, but the middle stayed a little too soft for me. It kind of took away from the whole pizza, honestly. Not terrible, but I was hoping it would bake more evenly

I bought this expecting it to be one of those pieces that lasts for years, but mine started getting rough spots and discoloration way sooner than I thought it would. I totally get that some marks happen with use, but this seemed like more than normal wear.

I only used it about once a week and was careful with it. I followed the cleaning instructions, avoided soap, didn’t soak it, all that. Even so, I ended up with some odd surface issues and a small chip on the edge, which was frustrating.

It still cooks fine, so I’m not saying it’s useless, but for the price I really expected it to hold up better. I’m a bit disappointed and curious if other people had the same experience or if I just got unlucky.

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure at first if this was going to be worth the money. But after making a few pizzas, I went from a little skeptical to excited. It basically paid for itself already, and now I’m just happy I bought it.

I’ve been really happy with this pan so far. It heats up quickly, and my pizza cooks way faster than it did with my old one. It did take me a couple of tries to get the timing right, but once I figured it out, the results were great.

I ordered while I was sitting on the couch after dinner and the whole checkout process went really smoothly. I didn’t have to click around a bunch or figure anything out, which was nice because I was already half distracted. Overall, super easy experience.

I was in a excited mood when I first tried this out because my old pizza stone always took forever to heat up. This definitely gets hot faster, and the crust came out noticeably crispier, which I really liked. That said, it’s heavy and the price feels a little steep. I’m glad I tried it, but I’m still not totally sure I needed to upgrade.

My steel showed up with dings in it because the box had basically no padding at all. i blame whoever packed it, this needed way better protection for shipping.

I’ve used my Baking Steel a handful of times now, mostly for pizza nights, and cleanup has been painless. Once it cools down, I just scrape off the stuck-on bits, wipe it down, and that’s basically it. I definitely appreciate that it doesn’t turn into a whole project afterward.

The only reason I’m sticking with 4 stars is that flour and melted cheese can still make a decent mess, especially if things slide around. Overall I’m happy with it, but for the cleanup hassle and splatter I dealt with, I wouldn’t mind if the company offered a small credit or some kind of compensation...

I was looking forward to using this, but once I tried it on my grill, it just didn’t fit the way I expected. The sizing was a little off for my setup, and it made closing and using the lid awkward, which got annoying fast.
It does feel sturdy, so I don’t think it’s a bad product overall, but the compatibility details really should be clearer. It feels like one of those policy loopholes where technically the info is there, but not enough to keep you from ordering the wrong thing, and then you’re stuck dealing with the hassle.

This was way heavier than I expected... I didn’t feel like I could move it around safely on my own, which made it frustrating to use.

I bought this thinking I might use it for a bunch of different things, but it’s really only been useful for pizza. Maybe I’m not getting creative enough with it, but I haven’t found it that helpful for much else.

It cooks just fine, I’ll give it that, so at least it’s not totally useless. But mine started getting little rust spots way sooner than I expected, even though I was drying it right away after washing. Maybe I just got a dud, but for what it costs, I kind of expected it to hold up better.

I was really hoping this would feel more solid, but mine showed up kind of rough and the edges feel poorly finished. it ended up being more stressful than it should’ve been because I expected to just use it right away, not worry about whether it was made properly.

I really liked having different thickness choices to pick from, and the product itself was what I needed. The only downside was the shipping felt a bit slow, though I probably ordered at a bad time when I needed it sooner

It preheats way faster than I thought it would. I don’t feel like I’m standing around waiting forever anymore, which is nice.

This fits my oven just right, which was exactly what I needed. I didn’t want to spend a lot on something simple, so I’m happy it worked out well for the price.

The pizza steel itself is perfectly fine and does what I expected, but getting help from support was frustrating. It took them days to reply, and when they finally did, they didn’t really answer my question. I’m happy enough with the product, but the whole support experience left me feeling a bit ignored
